We provide expert one to one personal coaching for all ages, fitness levels and to help you meet any kind of fitness, sporting or weight loss goals.
Your can choose sessions which can include personal boxing coaching, circuit training, aerobic exercise and high intensity training. You can choose to train on your own or with a friend or friends up to a maximum of 6. The cost per person reduces the more that train together.
We will look at your progress in deeper ways than just times, sets and reps and will offer solutions to help you push yourself. This is more than a workout, it's a sustainable lifestyle change!
