Boxing Training

Our Boxing Classes are in the evenings with juniors from the age of 9 and seniors up to the age of 35. Here you will learn the true and authentic art of boxing. You'll have the opportunity to spar and compete if you wish to do so. All our classes are mixed with both beginners and those more advanced and everyone is more than welcome.

Boxfit

This is perfect for everyone of all ages and abilities from beginners to those more advanced. Non - contact and run by experienced coaches you'll develop your speed, fitness, agility, power and stamina. You'll also learn rhythm, timing, accuracy, strategy and style. This will push your boundaries and get you truly Boxfit!

Conditioning

All fitness levels and abilities are welcome in this class. Here you will be put through High Intensity Training, Circuits, Aerobic Conditioning and all the fitness training that boxers go through. This will make you sweat, target weight loss, condition muscle and increase your total body fitness level.

Personal Coaching

Here you will have the gym all to yourself and your personal coach. You tell us what you are looking to achieve and the session will be tailored to your personal goals, whether it's boxing, boxing training, weight loss, aerobic conditioning, strength training or fitness training.
